In 1982, TESTECH GmbH was founded and specialized in the manufacturing and sales of measuring equipment and control units.

By developing, producing and expanding its range of products, TESTECH GmbH entered the waste water business and designed its own products.

In 2004, the company was re-structured into two parts:

Environmental division:
TE ENGINEERING (Technique Environment Engineering) founded.

Electronic systems division:
