Pretreatment equipment for the removal of coarse material, fibres, and garbage in municipal and in various industrial treatment plants. INECO™ products come with a wide range of sand classifiers, fine drum screens, screw screens, belt screens for small to large applications of hydraulic flow and load. For tertiary treatment, INECO™ produces and offers micro drum filters and disc filters – as so called micro strainers – as well as the continuous flow low pressure sand filter OMEGAFILTER by OMC.

INECO™ Sand Classifiers

Are highly efficient at separating sand down to 0.1 mm, as well as other inorganics and heavy granular media, to avoid frequent cleaning of downstream tanks. Optionally available is a sand washer to separate organics. The integrated screw conveyor feeds the sand into a container. A lamella separator further increases the efficacy of the sand classifier.

Sand classifiers are available of flow rates up to 30 l/sec (2,600 m³/day).

INECO™ Fine Drum Screens

Compact mechanical pre-treatment equipment designed as a self cleaning drum. Screen openings with sizes from 0.25 mm up to 2.5 mm and optionally integrated screw compactor for pre dewatering of solids and cover against odour. Available as a channel installation or a standalone unit. The flow direction can be either from the outside or the inside of the drum. With a very small footprint, the drum screens can also be used to retrofit existing installations.

Designed as an endless belt (chain) screen with hooks to collect screenings from inlet channels, and includes an automatic discharge and belt washing unit. The washing unit uses a rotating brush and spray nozzles to protect the belt system against clogging. Screw conveyor system and screw compactor are also part of belt screen.

A wide range of belt length and width options exist. Combined with various screening openings the system can be customized to fit any screening application. The frame made in 304 or 316 L and the endless belt (chain) made of high durable ABS with optional hooks in 304 or 316 L.

INECO™ Screw Screens

Offered as channel screen or stand alone system. Equipped with a screening compactor and screw brush with rinsing unit, to protect the screen openings against clogging. A washing unit of organic solids is part of the system. Screw drums ranging from from 400 mm to 800 mm and with screen openings from 1 – 12 mm guarantees a hydraulic flow of up to 180 l/sec.

The screw screen is available straight screw screen or as angel screw screen, with the advantage of a hand enabled lifting system to ease maintenance or as a straight screw screen. Screw screens can be combined with sand classifier as one unit to remove coarse material and grit in a
single step.

INECO™ Drum Filter

The rotating drum with different filter mesh sizes and centred fibre/solids collecting hopper is unique. A level sensor detects the water level and starts the filter mesh rinsing to prevent the drum filter from clogging. An integrated screw conveyor and compactor feeds the dewatered material into a container. The Drum Filter can be installed in a channel or as a standalone unit.
